Tem por finalidade promover a autonomia, a inclus\u00e3o social e a melhoria da qualidade de vida dos usu\u00e1rios, visando o reconhecimento do seu potencial, e a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da diversidade.
